Learn 2 Jog - a jogging group for beginners
In this 5 week program, we teach you the basics from jogging technique, controlling your breathing, heart rate zones, losing weight, training for fun runs and more! Corporate Learn 2 Jog - jogging group for beginners
Is your company interested in keeping you fit and healthy? Or do you want to enter a work team into an upcoming fun run? If you have a group of 12-15 workmates interested in getting fit together, we can tailor our Learn 2 Jog program for you. So if it’s the Run for The Kids, Sussan Classic, Run Melbourne, Tan Challenge, we can do it, with only 5 weeks training.
Jogging Club – for participants who have completed the Learn 2 Jog program.
Once you’ve mastered the Learn 2 Jog program you qualify for our Jogging Club membership which includes more goodies!
